Online shopping
Once an order is placed, we unfortunately cannot change the items, recipient information, delivery address, or add gift wrapping. However, it might be possible to cancel the order if you contact customer service within 30 minutes of placing the order during our opening hours.

Please note:
- Gift cards from Aiayu stores can only be used in physical stores. Online gift cards can only be used online.
- Gift cards from The Aiayu Market can only be used there.
- Gift cards are valid from the purchase date until the expiry date stated on the card and cannot be
refunded.

Prices on the webshop are displayed in different currencies depending on your location.
- Prices on aiayu.dk are shown in DKK and include taxes and VAT.
- Prices on aiayu.com are shown in EUR, with customs and VAT depending on your location. Final prices will be clearly displayed at the checkout before completing your purchase.
- For deliveries outside the EU, VAT is not charged at checkout, but local authorities may impose import duties, which must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Always read our terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase.
For products marked as "coming soon," you can click "Notify Me" and enter your email address to receive a notification when the item is in stock.
Note: This notification does not reserve the product, and certain items may sell out quickly.
Aiayu operates in DKK and EUR. Orders to Denmark are charged in DKK, while orders to other countries are charged in EUR.
We hope to add more currencies in the future.
Items that are out of stock may occasionally come back in stock. To stay updated, we recommend clicking "Notify Me" and entering your email address. This way, we'll automatically send you an email if the item becomes available again.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the item will be restocked, and if it does, it might be in very limited quantities.

Our processing time is typically 1-3 business days (excluding shipping). If you place your order before 12:30 PM CEST / CET, it will be packed and shipped the
same day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your package all the way.
If you have chosen delivery to a pickup point, you will also receive an email notification when your package is ready for pickup.

At the moment, online orders cannot be collected in our stores. If you have questions about product availability in stores, feel free to contact them directly. You can find store contact details here.
Delivery is free on orders over €130 to Denmark, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands, and Sweden. For orders under €130, delivery prices vary depending on the chosen carrier. For more information kindly go to: delivery information.
Return
You can
return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be new and
unused.
- Click here to access our returns portal.
Enter your email address and order number (found in your order
confirmation). - Follow the instructions in the
portal to register your return. - Pack the items securely in
their original, unused condition – ideally using the original packaging. Don’t
forget to include the packing slip. - Remove or cover any old
shipping labels on the parcel. - Print and clearly attach the new return label to the outside of the
parcel. - Drop off the parcel at your
nearest parcel shop. - Be sure to ask for a receipt –
this serves as your proof of return.
Please note: We do not
currently offer prepaid return labels in all countries. After registering your
return in our returns portal, you may need to arrange and pay for the return
shipping yourself. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for added
security.

Returns usually take up to 14 days to reach our warehouse and be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. You can track your return using the tracking number on the return label.
If you have not received confirmation within 14 days, please contact webshop@aiayu.com.
If you need a new return slip, you can find it here. Print it, fill in the required information, and include it in the package and remember to register the return in our return portal.
Complaint
Please register your claim through our return portal. You can describe the issue and upload photos – we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
If your item is purchased in one of our own stores or from one of our retail partners,
please contact the place of purchase directly for assistance.
