Autumn Winter 2025 presentation
In January, during Copenhagen Fashion Week, aiayu presented its Autumn Winter 2025 collection ‘notes on materials’, at their home and headquarters in Copenhagen, Østerbro.
The heart of the presentation, "The Soft Wall"—a cloud-like installation of layered aiayu fabrics emphasizing craftsmanship and natural materials—took center stage. While an ambiance of modern melodies by Danish cellist CTM, Cæcilie Trier, filled the historic room. With deliberate grace, models glided through, showcasing the layered, versatile designs of our Autumn Winter 2025 collection.
For this collection, we have been deeply inspired by what is closest to aiayu’s heart—craftsmanship and pure natural materials. For us, inspiration is a continuous process, untethered to seasons. We always seek inspiration from the materials and their origins, allowing them to guide our designs. This collection is a tribute to the craftsmanship and the artisans behind.

aiayu’s Autumn Winter 2025 collection is defined by the need for a versatile wardrobe of effortless layering and styles that transition seamlessly from day to evening. The collection presents chic and elegant aiayu classics, inspired by classic workwear and with small details as a nod to Japanese simplicity.
Our choices of materials are few, prioritizing responsibly sourced natural fibres from both animal and plant origins. Our undyed pieces take center stage again this season, reminding us about its natural origin with its differences and perfect imperfections appearing from the raw-material.
