We offer extended returns on all orders placed from November 1st and until January 13th, 2025. It is possible to return a present bought online in one of our stores, but we do not offer exchanges - only refunds. If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style, please do so by placing a new order on our web shop after having returned the item. Please note that the amount will be transferred back to the card that was used to place the purchase with.

We are pleased to offer an under-the-tree guarantee if your order is placed before the following dates (depending on the destination in the world):*

Denmark: December 19th.
Germany:
December 18th.
Rest of EU: December 16th.
International delivery (outside the EU): December 13th.

*We'd like to emphasize that, due to the holiday rush with shipping companies, extra delivery time may occur. Therefore, we naturally encourage ordering as early as possible. Likewise, during the Christmas season, there may be situations where shipping companies are forced to deliver to a different pickup location than the desired one due to space issues.
