During the busy Christmas period, delays with shipping carriers may occur. We therefore recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure your gifts arrive in time for the holidays. Likewise, during the Christmas season, there may be situations where shipping companies are forced to deliver to a different pickup location than the desired one due to space issues.

For all orders shipped outside the EU, please note that local import VAT and duties may apply. These are added by your local authorities, and occasionally customs processing can cause a small delay.

Our flagship stores will be exceptionally open on the last two Sundays before Christmas – the 14th and 21st of December from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The stores will be closed on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December, as well as on the 31st of December and the 1st of January. Our online universe, of course, remains open at all times.

We offer an extended return period on all orders placed from 1 November. Returns are accepted until 10 January 2026.

You can easily return a gift from aiayu – simply visit our returns portal to request your refund.

The amount will be reimbursed to the card used for the original purchase.

Please note that Christmas gifts can be returned in our aiayu stores but cannot be exchanged. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please place a new order in the webshop once you have returned the original item.
