UPS courier service – €15
Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days

Packages are delivered DDU (Door Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be delayed in customs. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please note, that for all orders shipped to customers outside the EU, the recipient is liable to pay any local taxes and import duties that may occur upon delivery.

Orders delivered to countries outside the EC fiscal (VAT) area will not have VAT (DK Tax) charged to them. Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which Aiayu ApS cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.

Standard home delivery with UPS – €20

Delivery time is usually 5-8 business days but may be longer due to customs and Brexit-related challenges. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.

Attention: Please note that, since the UK is no longer a part of the EU, different terms and conditions apply to your order.

When an order is shipped to a customer living outside the EU, an additional import VAT and duties will be added by local authorities. The recipient is liable to pay these upon delivery. In addition to this, UPS may charge a handling fee.
