Sartuul wool comes from a rare breed of nomadic sheep from the Mongolian steppe. The wool is sourced from a local cooperative of nomadic herders who, through regenerative farming, work together to preserve grasslands and healthy biodiversity while optimising fibre quality, yield, and herder’s livelihood.It is a unique and important collaboration that helps preserving the herders’ traditional way of life through the artisanal production of natural fibres from heritage Mongolian breeds.Colours starting with 'pure' are entirely natural and refined without the use of chemicals – offered exactly as nature made them with every shade difference and perfect imperfection that this entails.
Gentle hand wash at 30 degrees with high-quality wool soap.
Soak in soapy water for 10-15 minutes. Rinse in water at 30 degrees. Avoid wringing during the process. Dry flat.
Wool is a self-cleaning fiber that requires less frequent washing. Simply air out your garment for a fresh feel.
