The fiber is sourced from the “Green Gold” project, a Swiss development program which organises cooperatives of nomadic herders in the Mongolian grasslands. The project helps herders preserve their traditional way of life through artisanal fiber production of heritage Mongolian breeds. Yak wool is exceptionally soft and durable, with a delicate surface that is especially suitable for sensitive skin. We exclusively use the finest and softest fiber from the yak’s undercoat. When treated properly, the fibers can feel as soft as cashmere, yet act as strong and warm as llama wool.
Gentle hand wash at 30 degrees with high-quality wool soap.
Soak in soapy water for 10-15 minutes. Rinse in water at 30 degrees. Avoid wringing during the process. Dry flat.
Wool is a self-cleaning fiber that requires less frequent washing. Simply air out your garment for a fresh feel.

Relaxed fit. True to size - we recommend choosing your normal size. If you are between sizes, go down one size.
